Simple Booking Procedure:
Step #1:
Choose a date & time session for your event, then give us a call at 66877422 to check on availability. NOTE: Total head count for booking should be 10 at minimum. For a group of 20 or more then your group can have the whole place to yourself.

Step #2:
Upon making your booking, please make a deposit payment before 7pm on the next day (Group of 10 requires $500 min, Group of 20 or more requires $800 min) to our HSBC account: 587-026642-288. Please remember to retain the transaction slip as proof of payment. You will need to present this to our staff on the day of your event.

Step #3:
After deposit payment, please call us at 66877422 to confirm acknowledgement of payment. Only when you receive confirmation from our member of staff that your payment is received will your event be booked and confirmed.
NOTE: If for any reason you are unable to make payment on time, please kindly notify our staff in advance.

Step #4:
Please present your transaction slip to our member of staff. If you made payment via online transaction (by Internet), please kindly e-mail the electronic receipt to our email address: impactforcecqb@gmail.com

Step #5:
To book the vanue, please comfirm that the deposit fee is paid.

Step #6:
If deposit payment cannot be made, the session time will not be held, therefore there is the chance that the chosen time session will be given to another client. Prior notice will not be given.

Step #7:
Except for Black Rain and Typhoon Signal #8 all booked events will continue as confirmed.

Step #8:
If you are absent from your booked event for your own reasons, all fees will not be refunded.

Step #9:
If there is the need to change the date of your booked event or there is a change in the number of participants in your party, you must notify us 3 days or more prior to the event. The change of date must be within one month of the originally booked date.

Step #10:
IMPACT FORCE CQB retains the right to the final decision of the above stated in case of dispute, as well as the right to make changes or amendments to them without prior notice.

Group Booking of 10 minimum.
Tips:
For those who are new to this sport, you need not wear thick or too many layers of clothing. Loose clothing is also good for minimizing the impact of being shot.
